Caution!

Although the tropical climate and the mild temperature tend to make us so comfortable that we really feel “at home”, and despite the diligence of our staff in ensuring the maximum safety of the premises, the fact remains that we are sure. the main artery that crosses the state of Florida from end to end. This thoroughfare is the focal point of what is considered the largest downtown in the world in terms of extent (from Key West to West Palm Beach). Whoever says “largest city center in the world” automatically means that we must act carefully in our movements (mainly at night) as well as in all our daily habits. It is necessary;

  • constantly keep the doors of our accommodation closed and locked, even if we are in close proximity;

-never leave valuables in public areas (swimming pools, patios, etc.);

-Keep windows closed and locked when absent (mainly when they face elsewhere than in the interior courtyard);

-use the “top lock” when we are inside and only open the door to people who clearly identify themselves (even if it means using the vision eye in the door for even more security)

SAFETY BOXES

To ensure the safety of as many customers as possible, we have also installed safety boxes in most of our units. We are waiting for additional boxes to provide each unit with this tool. Their use over the entire stay carries a symbolic fee which is more intended to be a kind of “co-payment” against those for whom the memory (of the code) would be somewhat lacking. Sometimes we can help you out, but we are counting on your cooperation to retain your code (which we should not know). These safety boxes are used to protect your property, because even if we make the greatest possible efforts to ensure the safety of these, we are not immune to possible problems related to our location, personnel, interpretations, etc…. Don’t worry, we know how to take our responsibilities in a timely manner. Please use the safety deposit box to reduce the risk. Act cautiously at all times and do not hesitate to share with us at the Main Motel office any doubts as soon as they come to mind. Don’t take unnecessary risks. Your peace of mind is important to us, as much as our reputation.

When it comes to parking lots, we control as much as possible the spaces with appropriate lighting and surveillance cameras that monitor most movements. However, in order to avoid any problems, please lock the car doors and do not leave any valuables in sight (not even an empty bag – to avoid temptation). The same goes for all of your comings and goings, even if the places on the whole are safe, it seems to control displays of opulence (cash, valuable jewelry) and to report any suspicious person to us. . Our senior staff monitor diligently, know staff routines and excel at detecting suspects. Be reassured of our dedication, of our pro-activity in the event of litigation and our concern to protect the reputation of safe place which is allotted to us.
